1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Entertainment and Broadcasting Industry - Theatre Managers’ Cinema - Award 1998 - (Roping-in Award No. 1 of 1999).
2. PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) the Theatre Managers’ Association and its members
(b) Cinema Plus Limited, 99 Bathurst Street, Sydney NSW 2000, in respect to theatre managers and trainees whether members of the Union or not.
3. DATE OF OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after 6 May 1999 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
