1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Entertainment and Broadcasting Industry - Theatre Managers - Cinema (Roping in No. 1) Award 2000.
2. PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding on the Theatre Managers’ Association and its members and on the employers whose names are set out in Schedule A - Respondents, in respect of the employment by them of any persons, whether members of the Theatre Managers’ Association or not, engaged in any of the classifications specified in clauses 3 and 11 of the Entertainment and Broadcasting Industry - Theatre Managers - Cinema - Award 1998 except to the extent that the clauses relate to Trainee Managers and Zone Managers.
3. APPLICATION
The provisions of the Broadcasting Industry - Theatre Managers - Cinema - Award 1998, as varied from time to time shall apply.
4. OPERATION
This award shall come into force from 21 January 2000 and shall remain in force for six months.
