1. AWARD TITLE
This award shall be known as the Entertainment and Broadcasting Industry - Theatre Managers - Cinema (Roping-In No.1) Award 2005.
2. APPLICATION
The terms and conditions of the award known as the Entertainment and Broadcasting Industry - Theatre Managers - Cinema Award 1998 as varied from time to time shall be binding according to its terms upon:
2.1 the Thearte Managers’ Association and its members;
2.2 Reading Australia Leasing Pty Ltd, 6 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, VIC 3207, in respect to theatre managers and others whether members of the union or not.
3. DATE OF OPERATION
This award shall come into force on and from 30 September, 2005 and shall continue in force for a period of twelve months.
