4. APPLICATION

The Retail Trade Sector applies to any industry in the State of Victoria mainly engaged in the resale of new or used goods to final consumers for personal or household consumption or in certain repair activities and which incorporates:

4.1 Supermarket and/or grocery stores

4.2 Specialised food retailing

4.2.1 Fresh meat, fish and/or poultry retailing;

4.2.2 Fruit and/or vegetable retailing;

4.2.3 Liquor retailing;

4.2.4 Bread and/or cake retailing;

4.2.5 Takeaway food retailing;

4.2.6 Milk vending;

4.2.7 Specialised food retailing not elsewhere classified in this sector.

4.3 Department stores

4.4 Clothing and/or other soft good retailing

4.4.1 Clothing retailer;

4.4.2 Footwear retailer;
