7. FURTHER APPLICATION MAY BE MADE

Nothing in this order prevents any party from making further application pursuant to s.501 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 to set or adjust minimum wages for employees other than employees who are subject to an award, a certified agreement or an AWA.
