Annual Wage Review 2016–17.

A. Further to the decision issued by the Expert Panel in the Annual Wage Review
2016–17 on 6 June 2017 1, and the decision2 and the determination3 issued by the Full Bench in AM2014/93, item A.7 of the determination issued on 21 June 20174 is replaced as follows:

“7. By deleting the table appearing in clause 36.3 and inserting the following:

	20 years & over	19 years	18 years	17 years	16 years & under
	(adult rate)	75%	62.5%	50%	47.5%
	$	$	$	$	$
Monday to Friday	26.62	19.97	16.64	13.31	12.64
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays	34.73	26.05	21.71	17.37	16.50
Overtime for any hours worked in excess of 10 hours per day or an average of 38 hours per week will be paid in addition	14.83	11.12	9.27	7.42	7.04”

B. This determination comes into operation from 1 July 2017. In accordance with s.166(5) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2017.
