4 yearly review of modern awards – Coal Export Terminals Award 2010 – modern award varied.

A. Further to the decisions issued by the Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission on 24 October 2019 [[2019] FWCFB 7173] and 25 November 2019 [[2019] FWCFB 7854] the Coal Export Terminals Award 2010 is varied as follows:

1. By deleting all clauses, schedules and appendices.

2. By inserting the clauses and schedules attached.

B. This determination comes into operation from 4 February 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 4 February 2020.
