Application for an unfair dismissal remedy.

[1] Further to my decision of 20 December 2019 in [2019] FWC 8344, I order that:

A. Unique Nutrition Kitchen T/A Badman Fitness (the respondent) pay Mr Eddie Kaplan compensation in the amount of 4 weeks’ pay plus 9.5% superannuation. This amount is to be taxed according to law; and

B. The amount in paragraph 1 to be paid by the respondent to Mr Kaplan by 5.00pm on 10 January 2020.
