24. RELIEVING OTHER MEMBERS OF STAFF

(i) An employee who is called upon to relieve another employee on a higher scale shall be paid the rate of such higher scale for the time so spent.

(ii) This clause shall not apply when relieving an employee in a higher grade who is absent from duty on an allocated day off pursuant to clause 4, Hours of this award.
