AN120011 – Aged Care General Services (State) Award
(i) A leading hand is an employee who is appointed by the employer to be in charge of not less than two other employees of a substantially similar classification, but does not include any employee whose classification denotes supervisory responsibility.
(ii) A leading hand shall be paid an amount as part of wages as set out in Item 10 of Table 2 of Part B.
