(a) Wages shall be paid weekly or, where agreed, fortnightly, or as otherwise agreed.
(b) Where an employer and an employee agree, the wages of an employee may be paid by cheque or direct transfer into the employee's bank (or other recognised financial institution) account. Provided an employee has adequate access to banking facilities.
