8.1 A casual employee is one engaged and paid by the hour.
8.2 Casual employees shall be paid a minimum of two hours.
8.3 The appropriate hourly rate shall be the hourly rate prescribed in clause 3, Salaries, plus the percentage thereof set out hereunder:

8.4 Casual employees shall not be entitled to the provisions of clauses 9, Overtime; 13, Annual Leave Loading; 14, Public Holidays; 15, Sick Leave; 20, Uniforms and Laundry Allowances, and 25, Termination of Employment.
