PART 4 - EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEES' DUTIES, EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP AND RELATED ARRANGEMENTS 

4.1 EMPLOYMENT CATEGORIES

4.1.1 Employees (other than casual employees) covered by this Award shall be advised in writing of their employment category upon appointment.

Employment categories are:

(a) full-time;

(b) casuals (as prescribed in clause 4.2); or

(c) juniors (as prescribed in clause 4.3).
