PART 4 - EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEES' DUTIES, EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP AND RELATED ARRANGEMENTS 

4.1 CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

4.1.1 Employees covered by this Award shall be advised in writing of their employment category upon appointment.

Employment categories are:

(a) full-time;

part-time for specified hours (as prescribed in clauses 4.4 and 4.6);

part-time for unspecified hours (as prescribed in clause 4.5 and 4.6); or

casual (as prescribed in clause 4.7).
