6.3 SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR BANKING OF DAYS

6.3.1 Where a Rostered Day Off which has resulted from the method of implementation of the 38 hour week set out in clause 6.2 falls on a public holiday, the following day may be taken, where practicable, in lieu.

6.3.2 Each day of paid leave taken (not including annual leave, long service leave and periods of workers compensation) and any public holiday occurring during any cycle of 4 weeks shall be regarded as a day worked for accrual purposes.
