5.4.1 Employees classing, sorting or pressing dead wool (other than wool pressers engaged on contract or piecework) shall be paid 57.4c per hour or part thereof in addition to their ordinary daily rates:
Provided that any such employee handling dead wool on any day shall be paid for a minimum of 2 hours.
