Duly accredited officials of the union shall, at times convenient to the employer, be allowed to inspect all places, during working hours, where employees eligible to be members of the union are employed, provided that they shall not impede or obstruct the employees in carrying out their work.
Provided that nothing in this subclause shall empower a duly accredited official of the union to enter any part of the premises of the employer, pursuant to this subclause, unless the employer is the employer or former employer of a member of the Union.
