AN160141 – Gold Mining Consolidated Award 1980
An employee required for jury service during that employee's ordinary working hours shall be granted leave with pay for all periods of time that employee is so required for jury service. An employee when applying for such leave, shall be required to support an application with written proof of that employee's attendance at such jury service.
