(1) Higher Duties
An employee called upon to work in any day as a leading hand or supervisor shall be paid the appropriate rate for the whole week.
(2) Incapacitated Employees
In the event of any employee being so incapacitated by accident, illness or age as to be unable to adequately perform the work in order to earn the minimum wage at that grade of work at which the employee is employed, the employee may be allowed, after receiving the sanction of the union, to perform any work which may be agreed upon between the employer and the union, and a rate of pay shall be fixed by mutual agreement between the employer, the union and the employee. In the event of these three parties being unable to agree, the matter shall be referred for settlement to the Tribunal.
