AN170026 – Disability Service Providers Award
The lifting of clients (as defined) shall be subject to the provisions of the Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995 and the Workplace Health and Safety Regulations 1998, and any dispute that may arise shall be processed in accordance with Part VII – Consultation and Disputes Resolution, Clause 2 - Disputes and Grievance Procedure.
