3. PROTECTIVE CLOTHING AND SAFETY APPLIANCES

(a) The employer shall provide, where necessary, protective clothing in accordance with the provisions of the Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995 and the Workplace Health and Safety Regulations 1998.

(b) The employer shall provide necessary safety appliances in accordance with the provisions of the Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995 and the Workplace Health and Safety Regulations 1998.
