10. FLEXIBILITY - DAY WORK AND SHIFT WORK

10.1 For the purpose of meeting the needs of the industry the Company may:

10.1.1 require any employee to transfer from day work to shift work to work in accordance with 25.5 (for a period of not less than five shifts); or

10.1.2 require an employee to transfer from shift work to day work.

10.2 In the absence of mutual agreement, the Company must give seven days' notice of any transfer from day work to shift work.
