12. CONSULTATIVE MECHANISM AND PROCEDURES

12.1 The Company and employees and, if appropriate, an appropriate representative including a trade union bound by this award, may establish a mechanism and procedures which enables them to communicate and consult about matters arising out of this award, in particular clause 10 – Flexibility – day work and shift work and clause 11 – Index of faciliative provisions and which they agree would assist in achieving and maintaining co-operative workplace relations and mutually beneficial work practices.

12.2 The Company will permit a notice board to be erected in the workplace, or each part of the workplace, to facilitate communication between employees and/or their Union representative.
