AP766738CRV - Adult and Community Education Professional Administrative Clerical Computing and Technical (PACCT) Staff Award 1999
4.1 The award shall apply in the State of Victoria and be binding on:
4.1.1 the National Tertiary Education Industry Union (the NTEIU) in respect of persons who are, or who are eligible to be members of the NTEIU; and
4.1.2 the employers listed in attached Schedule 2 who are:
4.1.2(a) non-profit community based providers of adult education, continuing or further education whose primary or exclusive business is the provision of adult, continuing or further education in respect of persons employed in the occupations of professional, administrative, clerical, computing and technical staff; and
4.1.2(b) non-profit providers of adult continuing and further education in respect of persons employed as adult literacy and basic education coordinators, and further education short course coordinators (howsoever named).
4.2 Provided that this award shall not apply to any person employed in the occupations of tutor, social worker, recreation worker, welfare worker, youth worker, community development worker and/or social planner.
