33.1 An employee who is subpoenaed to appear in Court as a Crown Witness or to give evidence on matters directly related to his/her employment is entitled to leave on full pay for the period of such appearance.
33.2 An employee who is required to appear in Court in a capacity other than as specified in 33.1 is entitled to leave without pay for the period of that appearance.
