25. SUPERANNUATION

 
Note: The Superannuation Legislation Amendment (Choice of Superannuation Funds) Act 2005 provides that individual employees generally have the opportunity to choose their own superannuation funds. Airservices will provide the 3 % award superannation benefit provided for in the Australian Conciliation and Arbittration Commission’s June 1986 National Wage Case decision.
