34.1 Employees covered by the award will be entitled to maternity leave in accordance with the provision of the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1973 and the associated Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations as amended.
34.2 Eligibility and entitlements will be determined in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Act and Regulations.
34.3 References in the Maternity Leave Act and Regulations to the relevant Secretary will be read as the Chief Executive Officer of Airservices Australia.
