35.1 Employees covered by the award will be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the provisions of the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976 and the associated Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations as amended.
35.2 Eligibility and entitlements will be determined in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Act and Regulations.
35.3 References in the Long Service Leave Act and Regulations to the relevant Secretary will be read as the Chief Executive Officer of Airservices Australia.
