1 - TITLE
This Award shall be referred to the Business Equipment Industry (Technical Service) (Roping-in No.3) Award 1987.
2 - APPLICATION
The Award known as the Business Equipment Industry (Technical Service) Award, 1978, as varied, shall be binding according to its terms upon the Technical Service Guild of Australia and upon the respondents named in the scheule to this Award.
3 - SAVINGS
No employee shall be reduced in status or position nor have his rate of remuneration reduced or any of his conditions of employment adversely affected as a consequence of the making of this Award.
4 - DATE OF OPERATION
This Award shall come into force from the beginning of the first pay period which commence on or after 28 February 1987 and shall continue in force for a period of six months.
