1 - TITLE
This Award shall be known as the Business Equipment Industry (Technical Service) (Roping-in No. 1) Award 1988.
2 - APPLICATION
The Award known as the Business Equipment Industry (Technical Service) Award 1978, as varied, shall be binding according to its terms upon The Technical Service Guild of Australia and upon the respondents named in the schedule to this Award.
3 - DATE OF OPERATION
This Award shall come into force from the beginning of the first pay period which commenced on or after 29 March 1988 and shall continue in force for a period of six months.
