1 - TITLE
This award shall be referred to as the Business Equipment Industry (Technical Service)(Roping-in No.1) Award 1989.
2 - APPLICATION
This award known as the Business Equipment Industry (Technical Service) Award, 1978, as varied, shall be binding according to its terms upon The Technical Service Guild of Australia and upon the respondents named in Schedule A of this award.
3 - SAVINGS
No employee shall be reduced in status of position nor have his/her rate of remuneration reduced or any of his/her conditions of employment adversely affected as a consequence of the making of this award.
4 - DATE OF OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after 24 July 1989 and shall continue in force for a period of twelve months.
