1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Business Equipment Industry (Technical Service) (Roping-in No. 2) Award, 1996.
2 - APPLICATION
The terms and conditions of the award known as the Business Equipment Industry (Technical Service) Award, 1978 as varied and in force from time to time shall be binding according to its terms upon:
(a) the Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union and its members; and
(b) Brambles Security Services Ltd trading as Brambles Security Services Total Service Solutions, 6th Floor, 33 Chandos Street, St Leonards, NSW, 2065, in respect of all of their employees whether members of the union or not.
3 - DATE OF OPERATION
This award shall come into force from 12 March 1996 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
