1 – TITLE
This award shall be known as the Business Equipment Industry (Technical Service) (Roping-In No. 1) Award 1998.
2 – APPLICATION
The terms and conditions of the Award known as the Business Equipment Industry (Technical Service) Award 1978 as varied from time to time shall be binding according to its terms upon:
(a) the Australian, Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union and its members; and
(b) SKAI Computer Systems Pty Ltd, 276-290 St. Kilda Road, St. Kilda, Victoria 3182 in respect of all of their employees whether members of the Union of not.
3 – DATE OF OPERATION
This award shall come into force from 25 June 1998 and remain in force for a period of six months.
