1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Business Equipment Industry -Technical Services (Roping-in No. 2) Award 2000.
2. APPLICATION
The terms and conditions of the award known as the Business Equipment Industry – Technical Service – Award 1999 varied and in force from time to time shall be binding according to its terms upon:
2.1 The Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union and its members; and
2.2 AMT Electronics Pty Ltd, 263 Maroondah Highway Ringwood, Victoria 3134, in respect of all of their employees whether members of the union or not.
B. This award shall come into force on and from 19 June 2000 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
