1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Business Equipment Industry – Technical Service – Roping-in No. 3 Award 2000.
2. APPLICATION
The terms and conditions of the award know as the Business Equipment Industry – Technical Service – Award 1999 varied and in force from time to time shall be binding according to its terms upon:
2.1 The Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union and its members; and
2.2 BBF Components & Peripherals Pty Ltd, 4 Nicole Close, Bayswater Victoria 3153, in respect of all of their employees whether members of the union of not.
3. DATE OF OPERATION
This award shall come into force from 26 June 2000 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
B. This order shall come into force from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after 26 June 2000 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
