1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Business Equipment Industry - Technical Service Award (Roping-in No.1) of 2003.
2. APPLICATION
The provisions of this award shall be those of the Business Equipement Industry - Technical Service Award 1999 (parent award) as varied form time to time.
3. PARTIES BOUND
This award shall apply to, and be binding upon:
(a) the Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union, its officers and members employed by the employers listed in Schedule 1; and
(b) the employers listed in Schedule 1, in respect of their employees who are eligible to be members of the Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union, whether members or not.
4. DATE OF OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the first pay period on or after 18 December 2003 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
