5. RELATIONSHIP TO NATIONAL TRAINING WAGE AWARD 1994

5.1 A party to this award shall comply with the terms of the National Training Wage Award 1994, as varied, as though bound by clause 3 of that award.

5.2 The terms of the National Training Wage Award 1994, as varied, shall apply to the employment under this award in the manner specified in clause 6 of that award, for employers bound by that award.

5.3 For the purpose of clause 10 of the National Training Wage Award 1994, as varied, the industry/skill level of any approved Traineeship under this award shall be that of Industry/Skill Level C (Office Clerical).
