26. FLEXIBLE ORDINARY HOURS PENALTY – CATEGORY A EMPLOYEE

26.1 Late Work Allowance

26.1.1 All employees, other than shift workers, shall be paid a penalty of twenty (20) percent on their ordinary rate of pay for the ordinary hours of work performed beyond their spread of hours and up to 12.00 midnight Monday to Friday inclusive; and

26.1.2 All employees, other than shift workers, shall be paid a loading of thirty-five (35) percent on their ordinary rate of pay for the ordinary hours of work performed between the hours of 12.00 midnight and the commencement of their spread of hours between midnight on Sunday and their designated start time on Friday.

26.2 Penalty for weekend work

All ordinary time worked between Midnight Friday and Midnight Saturday shall be paid at time and a half and between midnight Saturday and midnight Sunday time and three-quarters.
