32.1 The ordinary hours of work for each employee shall be displayed on a roster in a place conveniently accessible to employees. Where reasonably practicable, such roster shall be displayed two weeks, but in any case at least one week prior to the commencing date of first working period in any roster. Provided this clause shall not make it obligatory for the employer to display a roster of ordinary hours or work of members of the relieving staff or casuals.
32.2 Provided further that a roster may be altered at any time to enable the services of the employer to be carried on where another employee is absent from duty on account of illness or in emergency, but where any such alteration involves an employee working on a day which would have been his or her rostered day off, such time workers shall be compensated in accordance with overtime provisions.
