1. AWARD TITLE
This Award shall be known as the Insurance Industry (Roping in No 1) Award 2002.
2. PARTIES BOUND
This Award shall be binding upon the Finance Sector Union of Australia and the respondent named in the schedule to this Award.
3. APPLICATION
Subject to what is otherwise provided in this Award, the provisions of the Insurance Industry Award 1998 [AW784988], as varied from time to time, shall apply to and be binding on the parties to this Award in respect of employees who are eligible to be members of the Finance Sector Union of Australia, whether such persons are members of the Union or not.
4. DATE THE AWARD STARTS
This Award shall operate from the first pay period commencing on or after 9 September 2002 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
