1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Insurance Industry (Roping-in No. 2) Award 2002.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) The Finance Sector Union of Australia, its officers and members; and
(b) The employers named in Schedule A hereto in respect of persons employed who are eligible to be members of the Union whether members or not.
3 - APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions of the insurance industry award 1998 as varied from time to time shall apply to and be binding on the parties to this award with respect to employees eligible to be members of the Finance Sector Union of Australia.
4 - DATE OF OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the first full pay period commencing on or after 30 October 2002 and shall continue in force for a period of six months.
