25.1 Remuneration will be paid to employees in accordance with terms and conditions of the award.
25.2 Remuneration will be paid by electronic funds transfer either weekly, fortnightly or monthly as agreed between the employer and the unions, and no later than Wednesday in the week of payment.
25.3 Where an employee resigns or the employees services are terminated, the employees outstanding remuneration entitlements (including but not limited to remuneration, holidays and other leave entitlements) will be paid by electronic funds transfer in the week of termination of service.
25.4 In the event of death of an employee, the cash equivalent of annual leave due will be computed in daily periods to the date of death and together with any other outstanding remuneration, but excluding superannuation, will be paid to the employee’s estate or personal legal representatives.
