1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the National, Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry (Roping-in No. 1) Award 2000.
2 – PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) The Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia; and
(b) The Employer set out in Annexure “A” hereto in respect of its employees engaged on the performance of work within the scope of the National, Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry Award 1998 whether members of the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia or not.
3 – APPLICATION
The Award known as the National, Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry Award 1998 as varied from time to time shall be binding according to its terms upon the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia and upon the respondent named in Annexure “A” to this award.
4 – OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after 20 July 2000 and shall continue in force for a period of six months.
