1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the National Electrical, Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry (Roping-In No. 2) Award 2004.
2. PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) The Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia (the union); and
(b) Northern Group Training Pty Ltd of 53 Canning Street, Launceston Tasmania 7250 in respect of their employees who are engaged within the state of Victoria on the performance of work within the scope of the National Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry Award 1998, whether members of the union or not.
3. APPLICATION
The Award known as the National Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry Award 1998 as varied from time to time, shall be binding according to its terms upon the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia and upon Northern Group Training Pty Ltd of 53 Canning Street, Launceston, Tasmania 7250 in relation to employees within the state of Victoria.
4. COMMENCEMENT AND DATE OF OPERATION
This Award comes into force from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after 25 August 2004 and shall continue in force for a period of six months.
