1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Pastoral Industry (Roping-in No.1) Award 1995.
2. PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) The AWU-FIME Amalgamated Union, its officers and members; and
(b) The employers set out in Schedule "A" hereto.
3. APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this order, the provisions of the Award as varied from time to time shall apply.
4. OPERATION
This order shall come into force on and from 3 July 1995 and shall remain in force for a period of 6 months.
