5.10.1 An employee who is required to attend a Court for the purpose of jury service shall be entitled to leave on full pay for the duration of such attendance.
5.10.2 Where an employee who is on long service leave or recreation leave is required to attend a Court for the purpose of jury service the employee shall be placed on leave as per sub-clause 5.10.1 and no deduction shall be made from the long service leave or recreation leave credits of the employee for the day or days of attendance for jury service.
5.10.3 Any fees paid to an employee by reason of jury service shall not be deducted from the employee's salary.
