5.11 LEAVE FOR RELIGIOUS PURPOSES

An employee shall be entitled to leave without pay of up to three working days in any calendar year for the purpose of observance of religious occasions provided that satisfactory evidence, such as a statutory declaration, is submitted to the Chief Executive Officer in support of a claim for such leave.
