AP797062 - Student Union Employees Core Conditions Award 1997

1 – TITLE
This award shall be known as the Student Union Employees Core Conditions (Roping-in No. 1) Award 1999.
2 – PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) The National Tertiary Education Industry Union; and
(b) LaTrobe University Students’ Representative Council Inc
in relation to employees who are eligible to be members of the National Tertiary Education Industry Union, who are employees of LaTrobe University Students’ Representative Council Inc.
3 – APPLICATION
The provisions of the Student Union Employees Core Conditions Award 1997 [AW797062], shall apply to the parties to this award.
5 – OPERATION
This award shall come into force from 20 October 1999 and shall remain in force for a period of twelve months.
