1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Student Union Employees Core Conditions (Roping-in No. 1) Award 2000.
2. PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(i) National Tertiary Education Industry Union; and
(ii) University of Melbourne Postgraduate Association Inc.
in relation to employees who are eligible to be members of the National Tertiary Industry Union, who are employees of the University of Melbourne Postgraduate Association Inc.
3. APPLICATION
The provisions of the Student Union Employees Core Conditions Award 1997 shall apply to the parties to this award.
3. DATE OF OPERATION
This award shall come into force on and from 24 May 2000 and shall remain in force for a period of twelve months.
