1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Student Union Employees Core Conditions (Roping-in No. 5) Award 2000.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
2.1 the National Tertiary Education Industry Union; and
2.2 the National Union of Students Inc.
3 - APPLICATION
The provisions of the Student Union Employees Core Conditions Award 1997, as varied from time to time, shall apply.
4 - OPERATION
This award shall come into force on and from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after 18 December 2000 and shall remain in force for a period of twelve months.
